Our Part-Time Operational Model
Flexible Staffing for Maximum Engagement
Our part-time staffing model creates more jobs for community members while maintaining culinary excellence. We employ paid and volonteer skilled part-time chefs and staff, reducing overhead costs while increasing opportunities for local involvement and flexible employment.
Youth Business Launchpad
We partner with EdNextra to provide valuable culinary skills, mentorships, incubators, and entreprenuership pathways for underserved youth. Our training programs prepares young people for careers in the restaurant industry while earning income and building experience.
